Timeframes
Dincel stock orders are generally distributed within two days of an order being placed and payment being received and cleared.
Custom orders will be manufactured, packed and distributed between 7-14 working days of order being received depending on location and profile ordered.
Pick-ups are also available via appointment from Monday to Friday from our NSW, VIC and QLD branches. For branch locations, click here.
For customers wishing to arrange their own transport, please refer to our Dincel Transport and Product Identification Guidelines. This document also provides a brief explanation on how to identify orders once on site.
How it’s delivered
All the trucks in the Dincel fleet have Hiabs. This allows for fast and easy unloading onsite.
All deliveries are direct from Dincel to site.
How it’s unpacked (unloaded)
Dincel orders are unpacked via Hiab if there is no crane or forklift available onsite.
Unpacking is simple. Just break apart the timber bounds and the panels are easily accessed.
Order tracking process
Order booked in and delivery cost calculated.
Delivery confirmed via phone call.
Text message sent notifying delivery date.
Text message sent at time of truck departure.
Products are delivered to site.
