Architect Compliance
Dincel Structural Walling’s Best Environmental Practice (BEP) approved PVC is free of heavy metal stabilisers, plasticisers and allows 100% recyclability during manufacturing, construction and end of lifecycle.

Dincel Structural Walling has been assessed and issued with a CodeMark Certificate of Conformity for Class 2 to 9 buildings which verifies that Dincel can be used for internal and external loadbearing wall applications.
Dincel Structural Walling has been assessed and issued with BRAC Certificate of Accreditation which verifies that the product is compliant with the performance requirement CP2 – Spread of fire, and subsequently confirms that Dincel can be used where a non-combustible external wall is required.
Dincel is a trusted Australian manufacturer, committed to manufacturing structural walling solutions that exceed the BCA requirements.
Dincel Walls consist of concrete infill and permanent polymer formwork. The stay-in-place polymer formwork acts as a ‘protective skin’ that holds the wet concrete until it sets.
The Dincel formwork system was specially designed and manufactured to ensure that the polymer skin will not melt away or contribute to the spread of fire.
Even if the outside surface chars or burns, the core component remains as ordinary concrete and this provides the required Fire Resistance Period (FRP) / Fire Resistance Level (FRL).
Based on tests done at CSIRO’s Acoustic Laboratories, National Acoustic Laboratories and laboratory test data, Dincel Structural Walls 110mm, 155mm and 200mm profiles when used with 150mm thick concrete floor slabs meet the Building Code of Australia Acoustic Compliance for sound transmission and insulation.
Dincel Walls are tested for toxicity and VOC (non-toxic tested). Dincel’s Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) measurement is 25 times less than the recommended Green Star environmental threshold making it a proven choice for sustainable construction.
Dincel Walls with concrete infill can create earthquake, cyclone and hurricane proof buildings through ductile composite action, thus achieving greater safety for occupants than offered by concrete alone.
Dincel panel joints are waterproof as confirmed by CSIRO tests, up to 6m of water head pressure.
Dincel Structural Walling is a concrete wall encapsulated by permanent polymer formwork. The structural design principles have been certified by the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney to AS 3600 (Concrete Structures Standard)
All Dincel polymer panels and accessories are BEP (Best Environmental Practices) certified. The polymer PVC used is heavy metal stabiliser and plasticiser free.
